Weddings in the Lake District are a year round visual treat and Lake District wedding photography is always breathtaking. There is so much on offer for a Lake Distict wedding photographer like myself with its stunning lakes, magnificent forests and beautiful fells which are all an hour or two away from Manchester.


A very popular wedding venue among so many here is the highly impressive Langdale Chase Hotel, nestled on the banks of Lake Windermere not far from the idyllic village of Ambleside. I was really looking forward to being Christine & Sandra's wedding photographer at the Langdale Chase Hotel as it is one of my favourite UK wedding venues and also because the couple were just so lovely and relaxed about the whole celebration. On the day they made me feel more like a guest than their Langdale chase wedding photographer. The wedding was a small intimate gathering of friends and family who laughed and smiled from the moment I arrived. A huge thank you to a fabulous couple and a smashing little crowd of guests who made the day so delightful and allowing me to take their wedding photos.
