The rooms of this Georgian Country House are all wonderfully, bright, spacious and luxurious, just perfect for the morning preparation photographs or evening portraits. A balcony in the bridal suite also overlooks the amazing vista of the Cheshire countryside and is another great place for your impressive wedding pictures. Conrad and Rebecca’s wedding day was a tour de force from start to finish. Rebecca and her girls called me from the reception area when they were ready for their photographs and what a fun happy bunch they were, with nearly as much enthusiasm for having their photos taken as I was taking them. I had actually never met the couple in person before but had chatted over the phone on their pre-wedding consultation. So starting early in the morning allows everybody more time to get to know each other and feel nice and relaxed for the days photography ahead. After the bride and bridesmaids portraits, I took some images of Rebecca with her father and the wedding car before leaving to meet Conrad for their church ceremony at St Alban’s RC Church in Macclesfield. St Alban’s was an absolute dream to work in and the images of this lovely couple, with Rebecca’s beaming smile emanating with love and happiness as she walked up the aisle are just divine.
